The Postgraduate Program in Transportation Engineering has one of its strategies for international interaction, by sending its researchers overseas. , The reason can be for the, accomplishment of masters, doctorate and post-doctorate,, or for the realization of short-term internships. . As a result, almost all faculty members are trained in teaching and research institutions from abroad,, with which permanent partnerships are maintained for research. . In the last two years, in order to show , the international infusion, , half of the faculty has completed long or short internships abroad, long or short. Two master's students were able to external scholarships to the University of São Paulo or derived from guiding the mobility project to achieve short-term internship abroad; 11 PhD students held doctoral sandwich stage, and half of the students were able to external scholarships to the University of São Paulo or the guiding mobility project grants. Two double degree agreements were signed, through the Graduate Program in Transport Engineering, between USP and foreign universities.
