The establishment of the Scholarship Committee for the Post-Graduation Program in Transportation Engineering . 3 º., 76 . 76, of April 14 , is available at 2010. 14, 2010. , The members of , the Scholarship and Selection Committee , were nominated at the 83rd meeting of the Coordinating Committee , for the Post-Graduation Program in , Transportation Engineering (CCP-ET), held on 09/16/16 and is made up of the following, accredited professors:, compliance with the following requirements. According to Article. 5 of this ordinance, following are the functions of the Scholarships and Selection committee::

  1. To observe the norms of the Program and ensure compliance;
  2. To examine the applications of the scholarship, candidates , in view of the established criteria;
  3. To select the candidates for the Program scholarships through criteria that prioritize the academic merit. ; Also, to communicate 2 (the adopted ) criteria and the , individual data ; of the selected 1 (students to the Pro-Rector/Dean or to the ) equivalent , office.

According to art. º. 5 this ordinance, are functions of the Scholarship Committee of the Graduate Program in Transport Engineering:

I – To observe the norms of the Program and ensure compliance;
II – To examine the applications of the scholarship candidates in view of the established criteria;
III – To select the candidates for the Program scholarships through criteria that prioritize the academic merit, Also, to communicate the adopted criteria and the individual data of the selected students to the Pro-Rector/Dean or to the equivalent office;
IV – To maintain a monitoring system for academic performance of scholarship holders and to comply with the different phases of the study program. , The system should be , capable of providing a judgement about the development stage of scholarship work in relation to scholarship duration, IES or CAPES, at any time;
V – To keep an updated, file, with individual administrative , information of all scholarship holders, which should be permanently available to CAPES.

The same standards are observed for the management of the CNPq and Pro-Rector scholarships of USP.
